Convention = a way in which something is usually done.

Conventional is doing things the way in which others are doing them, the way in which the masses are, society implies you should… the ‘norm’

And I am here to say throw that shit out the fucking window. 

And here’s why: 

  • Doing anything simply because you think you should is never a good reason - It just feels like sh*t

  • Just because it works for others doesn’t mean it's what you want or what is going to make you happy. They key here is what YOU WANT. Not what others want for you… 

In this episode I am sharing stories from my own life displaying how this has shown up & continues to show up, questions I ask myself and how I make decisions & do things the 'not so conventional way' (& why I am so much happier as a result!)
