#84 How to be consistent when you have ADHD

 As adult with ADHD we can struggle to be consistent. 


Consistently going to bed at a decent time, consistently working through our to-do list, consistently making progress on the book we are writing or the business we are wanting to launch. 


Any goal we have requires some form of consistency in order to be able to achieve it... right?
