#62 Understanding your capacity & managing the energy in your “tank”

Your capacity is the amount of  mental, emotional & physical energy you have to be able to "human" & get things done each day.  


Everything you do will either add to your energy levels  in the "tank" or take away from them.  


Just like a car that can run out of gas - we need to be checking in with ourselves & be mindful of refuelling or checking how much gas we have left for the day. 


Are you spending your mental, physical & emotional energy where you WANT to spend it? And are you saving enough for yourself? 


Paying attention to this is how we avoid burnout & create more balance in our lives.
