It’s no coincidence that most women experience this. We have been raised in society to think, feel and act a certain way. We’ve been lead to believe that these things are necessary in order to be happy, and if we aren’t happy, if we aren’t confident, then we must be doing something wrong. We should be doing more.

But we have it backwards.

We have to begin with confidence.


Confidence doesn’t come from what we do or don’t do. It comes from what we think about ourselves.

And this starts in our minds.

Is this session really free?

Yes! I think everyone deserves to see what a difference coaching can make in their own lives when it's applied to their own problems. I believe so strongly in the tools I have and I want you to see what's possible when you work with a coach.

How does this call work?

All of my coaching is done via zoom. When you sign up, you will receive an email with a link to the Zoom call. Simply download Zoom to your device (phone, tablet or commuter) and then click the link at the appointment time. It will automatically bring you into my meeting room where we can see each other and talk.

What happens after the free call?

You will get so much clarity and help from our consultation and this I just a glimpse of what is possible for you. On our call I will explain what it would look like to work together on an on-going basis so that you can reprogram unhelpful, sabotaging thought patterns and intentionally create the life you want.

What is the difference between coaching and counselling or therapy?

Coaching focuses on the present and the future. Coaching focuses on creating the life you want and achieving you goals & dreams. Counselling and therapy are more geared towards exploring your past. If you have past traumas you are struggling to process and work through this is where counselling or therapy may be helpful.

Do I need a coach?

If you are here, reading this then the short answer is yes. I’ll be honest - I never thought I needed a coach but having a coach always (and I mean always) accelerates my growth. Here’s the thing - if you keep doing the same things, asking the same questions and feeling like you aren’t really getting much further ahead then Coaching is guaranteed to help you.
