1 - Everything we want is on the other side of discomfort otherwise we would already have it 2 - Getting outside of our comfort zone grows our confidence 3 - In doing so we increase our ability, willingness & capacity to feel discomfort - We get more comfortable being uncomfortable. The more we do it the easier it gets.
